To support those families who wish to continue to practise key skills, we have set some challenges for the children.
Reading Challenge
We invite children to read as many Bug Club books as possible, completing the comprehension activities. Teachers will monitor and reading badges will be awarded to those who complete the challenge.

Spelling Shed
All children have now been allocated a Spelling Shed account, including Key Stage One children. Teachers will set year group expectation words to enable children to play games to consolidate their spelling knowledge.
Times Table Rockstars
We continue to encourage children to challenge their arithmetic skills and ‘battle’ each other. Teachers again have set times tables to support consolidation of target tables and challenge children’s application.
